Defining, measuring and managing executives' concerns about the change

Sylvie Charbonneau, president of Brio Conseils, and Céline Bareil, Ph.D., professor at HEC Montréal and author of the Phases of Preoccupations model, will be talking about change management among managers. During the workshop, André Lesage, a Desjardins executive, will share the experience he has had over the past year. He will introduce the means implemented to support the managers on his team. He will also explain how, with the support of a change management consultant and the use of Céline Bareil's 7 Phases of Preoccupations model, he managed to implement simple, effective ways to help his managers survive this period of crisis.

Maximizing the benefits of technology by managing the prerequisites for its implementation

Michel Drouin, a Brio Conseils associate, will be the key speaker at a workshop on the advantages of technology in healthcare organizations, particularly as concerns information sharing, security, funding and ROI-not to forget the legal rules governing the confidentiality, alignment and integration of information systems.
