Sylvie Charbonneau

A qualified consultant with recognized expertise in both Quebec and elsewhere in Canada, Sylvie was just named on the Board of Directors of the Association of Change Management Professionals, an organization that brings together change management professionals from all over the world. This prestigious association provides a networking, growing and collaborative environment for professionals leading the people-side of change.


Sylvie has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, change ownership management, organizational development and project management. Over the years, her assignments have given her an opportunity to demonstrate her skills working for major private corporations and government and parapublic bodies in the financial and manufacturing sectors, as well as for SMEs. She is appreciated for her vibrant, participatory style and is frequently invited to participate as guest speaker to many events, conferences and workshops covering a variety of topics related to organizational management. Besides being the president of Brio, Sylvie is a lecturer at HEC-Montréal.
