In her 20 years of experience, Aline has worked for global organisations in sectors as diverse as insurance, services, aerospace, automobile and paper making. She has completed assignments in Canada, Europe and the United States. With 10 years of practice in communications, training and group facilitation to her credit, she has demonstrated her proficiency in developing and implementing coaching strategies and programs during major changes. Aline is also very versatile and able to quickly grasp the many unknowns surrounding a new area of business—qualities she knows how to put to advantage for Brio’s clients. In the past five years, she has applied her change management and organizational transformation skills on assignments to implement enterprise requirements planning packages and conduct offshore outsourcing projects. Clients appreciate Aline most of all for her people skills.
