In his 20 years of experience, Pierre has been a department manager, service manager and program manager—roles in which he has led large multidisciplinary teams running operations and conducting industrial and government projects involving, among other activities, aircraft maintenance, both nationally and internationally. On the Brio team, Pierre coaches corporate directors who want to make their organization better at undertaking transformations or delivering major projects successfully. Pierre graduated as an engineer from Royal Military College of Canada and has a Master of Project Management from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
