Already over 25 years of professional experience. Before turning to a consulting career in project management, Renée has been a department head and a program manager. She has helped conduct large projects for well-known organizations in the manufacturing, institutional, government and industrial sectors. Whether her job involves conducting significant transformation projects, implementing project portfolios or setting up corporate project management offices, Renée has proved she has extensive experience in coaching businesses and key individuals. Trained as a chemical engineer, she earned her Master of Project Management in 1997 and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
