Involved in business transformations, Caroline understands the importance of surrounding herself with the best people.

On her management consulting, change ownership consulting, organizational development and project management assignments, Caroline has coached many businesses with organizational transformations and the implementation of large systems. Her clients include many private organizations in the financial and manufacturing sectors, along with government and parapublic bodies, mainly in the municipal and health and social services sectors. Since earning her Master of Management at HEC, Caroline has enjoyed a special relationship with HEC-Montréal’s Centre d’études en transformation des organisations (CETO), which lets her play an active role in various research projects and gives her direct access to the latest trends in the field. In 2009, Caroline has faced other exciting challenges as President of the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal which she tackled with brio!
