In her more than 10 years of practice as a project management consultant, Julie has worked on all sorts of projects: new-product development, physical facility transformation and implementation of project management best practices in various organisations. These transformation projects, conducted in the manufacturing, institutional, industrial and government sectors, have enabled her to show off her especially extraordinary skills in managing projects in complex environments and the coaching of key people. Julie is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) of the Project Management Institute.
