Julie guides and accompanies her clients as they work through their business transformations. In a more personal context, she especially appreciates being accompanied by man’s best friend.

After earning her Bachelor of Psychology at Concordia University, Julie went to work for a large pharmaceuticals firm, where, for close to 10 years, she contributed to a variety of large scale projects. She developed her strong interest in change management from being a member of teams mandated to launch new products and implement various technology solutions. She then decided to return to school at HEC in Montreal. With an MBA in hand, Julie coaches Brio’s clients as they transform their organizations, enabling them to benefit from her combination of project management and change management experience.
