With her usual touch of finesse, Élise takes the time needed to work out a melody as carefully as an organizational environment, proving that a Brio consultant often wears more than one hat.

Élise decided to go the consulting route in 2007 just after finishing her MBA at Université Laval. Earlier, Université du Québec à Chicoutimi granted her a degree in the Bachelor of Psychology program. That was in 2005. Élise has been recognized for the thoroughness of her contextual analyses after only two years on the job. This is a skill her clients in both SMEs and in service companies or large organizations find advantageous. She has completed many engagements involving the design and implementation of human resource tools, besides helping set up change management programs. Brio excels where change is imperative because things change, and Élise is a valuable asset on the team of consultants involved.
