Chantal likes to coach her clients, inspire them and help them move forward, and gets a lot of satisfaction out of her role as a consultant. Learning and transferring are her favorite words, so she very naturally started her professional career as a human resource manager. Organizational development is her field of choice. She coaches her clients—managers—in change management, the ongoing growth of work teams and personnel training. She is fond of the thinking processes that go into defining business objectives, implementation strategies and action plans. And she especially pays particular attention to ensuring that her clients can implement organizational changes on time and within budget, while making sure to maximize revenue from those changes. That is where she finds her greatest satisfaction.
